Production Time

All clothing items on our website are made to order unless stated otherwise.
A rush order may be possible with an extra fee. Our peak sales happen around Valentines, Halloween, and Christmas holidays so try to order has ahead of time as possible to avoid delays. The exact turn-around time is listed on the main page.

Payment Methods

PayPal. You can use MasterCard, Visa, and Debit securely with this method and is available worldwide.

Online Interac Money Transfer. Available to Canadian orders only. All you need is an online personal banking account with CIBC, TD, Royal Bank, Bank of Montreal or Scotiabank. Once the order goes through you will get simple instructions to do an Interac Online Transfer.

International Postal Money Orders. Available worldwide. Just print out the form that appears after the order goes through and pick up a money order from your nearest postal office. Must be in Canadian Dollars, the postal office should automatically switch currencies.

Local pick up from Edmonton, Alberta Canada is available. When the order is complete we will contact you and arrange a time for pickup at the downtown studio.

Layaway

If you are on a budget, layaway is available on all orders over $300 (before shipping and taxes). We accept an initial 50% deposit to start the order and the last 50% once the order is done.
You will have 60 days after the order is complete to pay in full or apply to the balance unless other arrangements are made. If you would like to be put on a layaway plan, contact us through our form with product ID's and options and we'll make you a custom invoice.

Return/Exchange

Because of the personal and custom nature of corsets, they are final sale. Corsets are guaranteed as described and free from defect. In event of a defect corset, it will be repaired or replaced in discretion of the corsetiere. Obvious signs of abuse will not be considered for a replacement. Please be extra careful of the size you choose. If you have any questions about sizing please let us know. We are not responsible if you choose a wrong size.
For hygienic reasons, all lingerie products are final sale. There is a 10 day return/exchange for any other garment and accessory from the moment you receive the product in the mail. Contact us immediately if you want to send an item back.
